CORRUGATED PANELS

DETAILS

  • A classic panel with repeating rounded or wavy ribs.
  • Installed by an exposed-fastener system with overlapping laps.
  • Gives a timeless rugged look that's typically more budget friendly.
  • Great for cabins, barns, shops, and accent roofs.

SNAP-LOCK PANELS

DETAILS

  • Snap Lock panels have a male/female seam.
  • Installers attach the panel to the roof deck with clips or concealed fasteners, then the next panel snaps over the seam to lock it in.
  • Faster installation than mechanical-lock seams.
  • Clean appearance and hidden fasteners.
  • Great for most residential steep-slope roofs - recommended 3:12 pitch or greater.

SINGLE- LOCK MECHANICAL PANELS

DETAILS

  • This is a mechanically seamed standing seam where the vertical seam is folded/locked once.
  • Panels are set with sealed clips/fasteners, then the seam is crimped to lock the adjacent panel.
  • A strong clean look with the added security of a true seamed connection - more "locked in" then snap systems.
  • Great for tough weather, often selected when you want a mechanically seamed roof but don't necessarily need the tightest seam.

DOUBLE-LOCK MECHANICAL PANELS

DETAILS

  • Mechanically seamed where the seam is folded/locked twice for extra-secure seam closure.
  • Same concealed- clip setup, but the seam is double-folded for a tighter lock and higher seam integrity.
  • Maximum seam security - commonly chosen for higher exposer, harsher conditions, or low-slope application where extra strength is needed.
  • The most resistant to wind-driven weather and movement.
  • Best for those who want the highest level of mechanical seam closure and long-term durability.

METAL SIDING TYPES

FLUSH PANELS

Clean, flat-faced panels for sleek, modern look. Flush panels create smooth wall surfaces with crisp shadow lines and can be installed vertically or horizontally for a sharp finish.

BOARD & BATTEN

A timeless vertical style that adds depth and texture with strong, defined lines. Board & batten works great for mountain modern and rustic designs, delivering bold curb appeal with a clean, structured look.

CORRUGATED

Classic wavy-profile panels that bring texture and durability to any exterior. Corrugated siding is a great option for modern, industrial, or rustic styles—known for its strength, efficiency, and distinctive character.

GAUGES

22 Gauge (Thickest / Most Rigid)

Our heaviest-duty option. 22 ga is the most rigid and typically offers the best resistance to “oil canning” and minor denting. It’s a great fit for premium builds or homeowners who want maximum strength and longevity.

24 Gauge (Standard / Best All - Around)

A popular, balanced choice for residential metal roofing. 24 ga offers strong performance and durability while keeping cost and weight in a practical range. This is often the “go-to” gauge for many standing seam projects.

26 Gauge (Thinnest / Most Economical)

Our lightest and most cost-effective option. 26 ga is commonly used for Delta Rib / exposed-fastener panels, especially on garages, shops, and outbuildings, or projects where budget is a bigger driver while still wanting the benefits of a metal roof.
